I have worked in real estate for over 16 years and lived in Cincinnati my whole life. I have an in-depth knowledge of this great city and know all its strengths, characteristics and hidden gems. I grew up in the northeast suburb of Montgomery and attended Ursuline Academy. I still reside around the corner from my childhood home with my husband, Keith, and our three daughters. Over the years, I have called other areas of the city “home” such as Mariemont and Deer Park. What I love most about this city is how each community has its own vibe, something that makes it unique to its residents.
I have always been passionate about helping and working with people. Before I became a Realtor I worked as a residential and commercial interior designer. I then spent several years in the non-profit world working as a project manager for fundraising and marketing events. My favorite part about working in the non-profit world was knowing that I was making a difference in someone’s life.
When I moved into the real estate industry, I quickly realized that most people were not having the best experience when buying and selling a home.
It felt very transactional and their agent was just there to sell them a house and did not take the customer’s thoughts and feelings into account. I wanted to change this experience for my clients. I knew that I could provide my clients with a more authentic experience, where they could be both educated and empowered to make one of their largest financial decisions.
I graduated college with a Bachelors’s Degree in Interior Design. I use this knowledge to, help my buyers see past an "ugly" house and see it’s true potential. I offer advice on inexpensive ways clients could make improvements and build equity. As well as helping my sellers make minor cosmetic updates, I offer my staging expertise for my sellers to ensure their home not only show’s beautifully but most importantly sells for the best price.
